Unlike brands that print or embroider over generic off-the-shelf blanks, each product is cut, constructed, and finished according to our custom patterns and material standards.
Shipping & Exchanges
ALL ORDERS SHIP IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
To help us continue providing high-quality products and efficient service, we have updated our policy regarding returns. Effective immediately, we no longer accept returns for refunds or store credit. All sales are final, with the sole exception of exchanges due to incorrect sizing or product damage.
Please review the new guidelines carefully before initiating an exchange:
- How to Begin: To start the process, you must contact us directly at Gerbz@trainersonlybrand.com.
- 30-Day Window: You have exactly 30 calendar days from your delivery date to request a size exchange. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Size Exchanges Only: If an item does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size of the exact same item.
- Second Order Requirement: To secure your replacement size, you must place a second order for the correct size.
- No Refunds Without a Replacement Order: If you request an exchange but do not place a second order for the new size, your original order will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Split Shipping Costs: We are happy to cover the return shipping costs and will provide you with a pre-paid label when you email us. However, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees on the new replacement order.
- Item Condition: Items sent back for a size exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
